Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing for wholesale and e-commerce customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer pricing and discount agreements.
- Handle payment processing, credit memo entries, and timely cash application.
- Support month-end close activities and analyze revenue & trade spend metrics.
Qualifications:
- At least junior standing or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Conceptual understanding of GAAP and comfortable with Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and curious problem solver.
