Position Summary:

  • Leads new and existing CRO laboratory projects across disciplines focused on accelerating novel therapeutics development.
  • Client-facing role ensuring project plans are translated into action, requiring internal cross-functional leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Creates and manages project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource plans.
  • Coordinates daily activities, delegating responsibilities and communicating with clients and collaborators.
  • Prepares and presents project information at internal and external meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field required.
  • Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
  • Exceptional research, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10-25%.
