Project Management Client Team Lead LV

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point, managing day-to-day project activities and ensuring budgetary and KPI targets are met.
• Analyze trends, identify process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality across client accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinate resources, and contribute to special projects for business growth.

Skills & Experience:

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in Business, English, Foreign Language, or related field.
• Minimum four years of successful project management experience in translation/localization, with preference for linguistic validation.
• Strong customer service and account management experience, along with leadership or mentoring experience.
