Senior Manager, Product Management

Camunda is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our Task Automation and Modelling stream, driving the development of key components that bring business and IT closer together. This role is responsible for both the modelling experience and the task automation capabilities that power Camunda’s process orchestration platform—including Connectors, RPA, Forms, IDP, and DMN. You will lead the product teams responsible for creating an intuitive, powerful modelling environment and a flexible task automation framework that supports the entire task automation lifecycle—from integration to human interaction and decision automation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices. Lead a team of (4 for now) senior product managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape the vision and roadmap for Camunda’s core platform and engine, balancing technical depth with business needs. Drive alignment and transparency across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
