- Convert AI capability into a prioritised, sequenced product agenda with clear outcomes.
- Lead a product team, hire and develop talent, and own budget and people decisions.
Who you are:
- Product leader with technical fluency, outcome-obsessed, and commercially sharp.
- Credible with engineering and a builder of teams, not just plans.
What success looks like:
- A clear, prioritised AI product agenda in place; first initiatives shipped with measurable adoption.
- A functioning product team; multiple AI-enabled capabilities live and driving demonstrable business outcomes.
