Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to analyze business needs, design solutions, and improve operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and mentoring junior analysts. This role requires a strategic thinking leader with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The successful candidate will have experience using data to provide cost-benefit analyses, preparing detailed reports, overseeing the project lifecycle, and using data analysis tools to identify trends and help inform strategic decisions. The successful candidate should have experience working in the HR-PAS and/or Data Warehouse(DW) systems.
