Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance across 100+ properties.
  • Inspection Management: Oversee inspection follow-ups; track and manage reported issues from inspections.
  • Issue Resolution & Tracking: Take ownership of maintenance issues, track progress, ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of property management experience.
  • Accountability: Proven track record of ownership and accountability with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot independently.
