Remote Sourcing Associate (Project-based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates using job boards and social media.
• Conduct preliminary screening to verify candidate interest.
• Forward qualified profiles to recruiters.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Familiarity with Boolean searches and ATS platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.

Job Requirements:

• A working computer with minimum 8gb RAM.
• Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps.
• HD webcam/camera.

Compensation:

• Pay rate starts at Php 49,950.00 and vary by experience.
• Project-based for 6 months and renewable.
• Flexible hours, aligned with core team hours.
