Job Description
The Group Director will maintain a strong understanding of the holistic business for each client in their portfolio, with insights on their competitors and overarching business goals. They will lead B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and coordinate marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive quality traffic and leads. The director serves as the holistic account leader, managing client expectations and setting teams up for shared success. They possess the ability to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to support client relationships. They will also stay up-to-date on agency information and serve as a point of escalation for clients, managing major deliverables and presentations. The Group Director will design full funnel media and data-driven strategies across Paid, Owned, and Earned media, steering the creation of consumer journeys and holistic communication plans. Experience using insights from data to tell a story and participation in new business development is necessary.
