Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Reward Governance Senior Manager to join the Reward Squad within our People Collective to help us work at scale while maintaining a people focused business and excellent culture. Reporting to the Head of Reward Governance, you’ll be empowered to contribute towards the success of the company by contributing to the shaping of Monzo’s remuneration policy, processes and practices whilst ensuring compliance from a remuneration regulatory perspective in the UK and across the EU. You’ll be responsible for providing subject matter expertise on Reward governance and regulation, ensuring that the appropriate structures, policies and practices are in place across Monzo. This will involve keeping abreast of remuneration regulatory issues and evaluating Monzo’s remuneration policies, practices and processes against the continuously evolving remuneration regulatory landscape in the UK and across the EU. The role will include providing subject matter expertise on Reward governance, regulation and Remuneration Committee activities. You will be involved in supporting Monzo's Remuneration Committees, working on executive compensation plans, and helping to shape and develop Monzo’s reward structures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
