We're looking for an experienced Reward Governance Senior Manager to join the Reward Squad within our People Collective to help us work at scale while maintaining a people focused business and excellent culture. You’ll be empowered to contribute towards the success of the company by contributing to the shaping of Monzo’s remuneration policy, processes and practices whilst ensuring compliance from a remuneration regulatory perspective in the UK and across the EU.
