Job Description

This role enables close collaboration with cross-functional teams as a key liaison between the Locus Robotics sales and contract teams, ensuring seamless capture of contract requirements and workflows from inception through execution. In this role, you can enhance contract lifecycle management processes, drive efficiency, and support the company's growth by ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You will maintain and update the company’s contract database, draft, negotiate, and manage customer NDAs, RaaS Agreements, and Sublicense Agreements, track implementation events to support revenue recognition, and collaborate with finance, customer support, and manufacturing to monitor customer site statuses and enable timely revenue recognition. You will also develop and implement improved processes for managing contract workflows and reporting. This role is ideally a hybrid position based at our Wilmington, MA headquarters. However, for the right candidate, we would also consider a fully remote arrangement within the United States.
