Consultancy Overview:
- GFC is a trust-based intermediary fund supporting grassroots partners across 42 countries.
- The consultancy will be for a 6-month duration from July 2026 through December 2026.
- Expected engagement averages 120 hours per month.
Scope of Work:
- Contribute to external reporting and funding development, drafting Learning and Evaluation components.
- Build out Salesforce-based outcomes management infrastructure.
- Design learning products and support partner-led research processes.
Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience in learning and evaluation within philanthropy or international social change.
- Strong mixed-methods capability and fluency with Theory of Change.
- Culturally responsive communication and ability to build relationships quickly.
