Job Description
The Tier One Support Analyst Intern will participate as a member of our Dairy Tier 1 Support team, focused on assisting customers with their ongoing administrative and support needs. Additional special projects may also be identified for the intern to participate in.
Potential projects include Salesforce reporting, knowledge item creation, and customer support portal assistance, as well as other assigned tasks and projects.
Competencies to be improved include understanding of Ever.Ag’s key software solutions, understanding of key aspects related to the dairy supply chain, and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com’s Support Cloud solution.
