Director, Client Solutions Architects, Northeast

About the Role:

• The Director of Client Solutions Architects leads the Northeast CSA team, balancing hands-on customer work with team leadership.
• This player-coach role supports complex pursuits and steps into lead CSA engagements for key customers when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Northeast CSA team while partnering with sales and practice leaders to improve solution quality.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor and represent Myriad360 at customer briefings, events, and partner engagements.
• Drive strategic relationships by translating customer needs into well-scoped opportunities across Myriad360's full portfolio.

Desired Skills:

• 10+ years in enterprise technology or solution architecture with team leadership experience.
• Broad expertise across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, networking, and services.
• Strong communication, whiteboarding, and technical storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
