Job Description
As a Field Service Technician at Pitney Bowes you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience throughout their lifecycle. You will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of clients, supporting field service for all our shipping and mailing technology, from Inserters to Lockers.
You will:
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Repair and troubleshoot both hardware and software solutions, minimizing client callbacks.
Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping and Mailing equipment, and train clients on its use.
Cover a multi-zip code territory within 4 hours of Tri-Cities area in Washington, with up to 80% driving time. Travel beyond this radius may be required.
Use hand tools or small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Always maintain a safe and clean work environment.
