Job Description

The Business Analyst must have experience creating work breakdown structures and development of program schedules and assigning software development team personnel to tasks. An ideal candidate will have experience engaging with business stakeholders, collecting, and evaluating business needs and processes. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities include leading a team and engaging in all aspects of SAFe Agile software development, primarily for planning and design; identifying and resolving project issues; and analyzing complex business problems to determine an IT solution. The Business Analyst will coordinate documentation updates, team communications, and conduct post-project evaluation. They will also gather and analyze business data and user needs, provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement, and work closely with managers and end users to determine the best IT solution.
