This role is perfect for someone who thrives on investigation, connecting dots, and driving direct business impact.
You will Investigate & Identify friction points in the customer journey and uncover improvement opportunities. You will also Translate Customer Voice to interpret, and prioritize customer feedback and demands, turning insights into clear technical requirements. You would need to Bridge Teams to propose and implement the best solutions for collection challenges and Drive Strategy to monitor key performance indicators and suggest data-driven strategies to increase debt recovery rates.
