Freelance CRM Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate the full campaign briefing process, gathering requirements from stakeholders and managing timelines.
• Build, test, and launch email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo and Attentive, including segments and A/B tests.
• Perform pre-send QA, monitor performance, and support reporting for the monthly CRM calendar.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years managing email or SMS campaigns from brief to execution with hands-on ESP experience.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and experience in e-commerce or DTC.

Work Environment:

• Contract / part-time freelance role at 20 hours per week, fully remote.
• Reports to the Senior Manager, Loyalty & Retention in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
