Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and policy performance across key dimensions including distribution channels, agent performance, and customer segments

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Google Sheets for data analysis
- Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) to build scalable reports and dashboards for stakeholders
