Key Responsibilities:
- Own the SEC reporting cycle, including 10-K, 10-Q, and proxy statement drafting.
- Support the Board of Directors and committees with materials and governance.
- Administer insider trading compliance and equity programs.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active bar membership with 10–15 years of securities law experience.
- Hands-on experience drafting SEC filings and supporting public company boards.
- Strong knowledge of insider trading rules and equity compensation disclosure.
