Responsibilities:
- Manage board and committee meetings, entity governance, and corporate records.
- Lead legal due diligence and negotiate M&A and strategic transactions.
- Drive public company readiness, including securities and SOX compliance.
Qualifications:
- JD degree with active bar membership and 10+ years experience.
- Experience at a nationally-recognized law firm and with public company readiness.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
