Position Overview:
- The Corporate Counsel provides high-level strategic legal support to senior management.
- Serves as Corporate Secretary for Renaissance Charitable Foundation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide M&A and corporate transaction support.
- Serve as principal legal advisor on strategy, risk, and compliance.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and other teams on governance.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; bar admission required.
- 5+ years of legal experience with corporate, M&A, or transactional focus.
- Experience with employment, IP, or data privacy preferred.
