Advise President and leadership team on significant decisions and regulatory exposure.
Manage a growing legal team including FRO General Counsel and contracts counsel.

What You Bring:

10+ years as a corporate attorney with J.D. and active bar membership.
Builder's instinct and strategic thinking, with proactive risk identification.
Experience with nonprofit compliance, structural complexity, and efficient resource management.

What You'll Achieve:

Develop a clear risk assessment and prioritized go-forward plan within the first 6 months.
Build relationships with FRO CEOs and establish escalation norms.
Audit IP portfolio and rationalize outside counsel relationships.
