Job Description
The AI Platform Security Outbound Product Management team gathers and distributes information for building, marketing, and supporting AI and workflow privacy and security products. You will gather customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. Coordinate with pricing specialists and marketing partners to create customer-facing documents and deliver sales and partner enablement.
As a subject matter expert, you will engage with customers, cybersecurity, industry standards organizations, and regulated markets. Simplify product details for various audiences, discover pain points, and inform the product roadmap, sales, marketing messaging, and technical product enablement.
You will share your expertise, act as a subject matter expert on security, teach sales teams, and contribute to implementation best practices.
Collaborate with Inbound Product Management and Product Marketing to establish go-to-market strategy, coordinate enablement content, and support internal teams in deals. Influence product marketing, and identify opportunities to improve business growth metrics.
You will help early adopters achieve value by ensuring implementation guides are created and updated and collect customer success stories.
