What You'll Do:
- Define topic opportunities and continuously build prospect lists, finding experts in every micro-niche like AI.
- Work with executive leaders to help them decide if and when a Maven expert business is the right move for them.
- Develop and implement systems to efficiently manage the pipeline, including outbound outreach, inbound qualification, and direct sales.
Team Dynamics:
- Join a small, empowered team of 25, expected to do your own market research, strategic thinking, and end-to-end sales.
- Operate in a high-ownership, high-collaboration environment with regular status updates in Slack and direct feedback daily.
- Embrace a writing-focused culture with no-meeting Wednesdays for focused work and travel for offsites twice a year.
Compensation and Location:
- Salary range of $225k-$325k with competitive equity and strong benefits, open to review based on candidate experience.
- Fully remote role requiring US time zones +/- 1 hour, with travel expected about once a month to cities like SF, NYC, LA, and Austin.
