Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise sales and deal execution by building a robust pipeline, leading contract negotiations, and consistently delivering against partnership and revenue targets.
- Develop health system partnerships by establishing C-suite relationships, identifying enterprise-wide screening opportunities, and positioning Natera as a long-term partner in early cancer detection.
Market and Program Development:
- Drive early adoption and pilot partnerships during the LDT phase and shape scalable deals for post-FDA approval expansion.
- Partner with Market Access and Medical Affairs to navigate evidence and reimbursement considerations in active deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Requires 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience focusing on large health systems, diagnostics, or oncology, plus 5+ years of direct management experience.
- Must have a proven track record of exceeding quotas, expert understanding of health system economics, and the ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
