Job Description
The Sales Agent role involves managing inbound calls and providing solutions for customers. This team manages inbound calls from: Potential customers who are enquiring about our services and looking to join us. Existing customers who have service(s) with us who have indicated that they are looking to either cancel a service or their whole account. Existing customers who are contacting us to add an additional service to their account. As an Advisor, you will meet call handling KPIs such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence, hitting sales targets such as new customer or retention conversion %, going through your outstanding tasks and call backs, attend training and upskilling sessions, and team huddles.
