About the Role:
- Oversee a portfolio of Data Collection projects across onsite, studio, and remote modalities.
- Lead contributor capacity planning, vendor management, and process improvements.
- Ensure quality consistency and financial performance across all projects.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years leading multi-project portfolios in data collection or related fields.
- Strong skills in portfolio planning, spreadsheets, and communication.
- Experience with global, distributed teams and ambiguous environments.
Additional Details:
- Remote role with flexible hours overlapping US time zones.
- Collaborate with Quality, Recruitment, and Senior Manager DC.
- Coach and enable junior team members.
