About the Role:
- We are looking for an operator to build and run our contributor network across Latin America.
- You will recruit and activate contributors, hire and supervise field agents, and source implementation partners.
- This is a field role as much as a desk role, requiring regular travel.
What You'll Do:
- Build the network by recruiting, vetting, and onboarding contributors and field agents across LATAM markets.
- Manage live data-collection projects end to end, from specification to accepted delivery.
- Protect quality, enforce spec adherence, and support the people doing the work.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience managing distributed field teams or gig-economy contributors across multiple LATAM markets.
- Real field experience with recruitment drives, trainings, and site visits.
- Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred, with operational discipline and bias to action.
