Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational execution and daily management of impact interventions, coordinating logistics and liaising with local leaders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support compliance with local government for field operations and assist in implementing a school program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Agriculture, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience including project and stakeholder management, preferably in rural/agricultural settings.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker, Snowflake, etc.).

Additional Details:

  • Full-time position starting Q3 2026; 6-month contract with possible extension.
  • Based in Honduras with moderate to frequent travel (1-2 weeks per month) to rural coffee regions.
  • Passion for sustainable rural economic development required.
