Senior Technical Recruiter

As our founding Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and Design. You’ll own the end-to-end recruiting process for critical hires—from sourcing and outreach, to guiding candidates through a best-in-class experience, to closing talent in a competitive market. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs across engineering, product, and design. Build and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to deliver a high quality pipeline of technical talent. Source, engage, and assess candidates for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership. Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent, especially in AI/ML engineering.
