Duties:
- Serve as the designated subject matter expert (SME) for assigned international regions.
- Maintain and update documentation outlining procurement viability, IOR feasibility and VAT implications.
- Develop and maintain structured repositories and regional capability matrices.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the International Operations Manager to validate procurement paths and support compliance reviews.
- Provide timely and accurate regional guidance to Sales and Client Operations during opportunity scoping and execution.
- Monitor and document changes in OEM agreements, distributor authorization status and regional commercial terms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting international logistics, procurement, trade compliance, or global supply chain operations.
- Experience working with distributors, OEM authorization structures, or international procurement models preferred.
- Foundational understanding of international tax (VAT), Incoterms, and Importer of Record (IOR) concepts.
