Job Description
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients. You will be taking primarily inbound calls (outbound calling also a function of the job as needed) and assisting with refilling medications, checking on referrals, sending messages to their doctors, and confirming appointments. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner. Assist customers with refilling their medication, checking on referrals, sending messages to their doctors and/or confirming their appointment. Submit the form to show documentation of the call. One must be able to type and talk at the same time in order to document the call. Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Must be able to be empathetic to the patient and their needs. Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.
