Job Description

This role involves supporting the onboarding of users into applications, including account creation and permissions management. You will provide first-line helpdesk support, escalating issues as needed, and maintain user documentation. The role includes identifying, documenting, and escalating bugs, maintaining knowledge entries in Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) tools, and monitoring application performance.You will deliver training sessions and onboarding material, and maintain awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
