Daily Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy AI-powered automations and agentic workflows for HR processes like recruiting and onboarding.
  • Integrate these automations with tools such as Workday and Microsoft 365, using APIs and webhooks.
  • Document and maintain automations, and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience building and shipping automations using AI tools like Claude or Copilot.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data formats, and no-code/low-code platforms, with scripting knowledge as a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and enterprise systems such as Workday.
  • Ability to explain technical builds to non-technical stakeholders and work in a self-directed, iterative style.
