SVP of Finance

As the SVP of Finance, you will drive the company’s financial performance and growth as a strategic leader and hands-on partner. You will report to the CEO, serving as a key member of the leadership team, and provide financial insights that shape financial strategies. You will also lead financial planning and analysis, fundraising efforts, and support accounting operations, ensuring financial reporting is timely and accurate. Your responsibilities include developing and executing the company’s financial strategy, overseeing the financial planning and analysis, and supporting the accounting operations. You will lead, mentor, and grow the finance team, foster a culture of accuracy, and implement tools to improve scalability. You’ll also oversee relationships with banking partners to optimize capital structure and lead efforts to secure future funding.
