HR Generalist

As part of the PocketHealth team, being an HR Generalist will enable hospitals and clinics across North America — and more importantly, empower over 2 million patients — to discover a better healthcare experience. This role is a unique opportunity to work across both Talent Acquisition and general HR, supporting our team during an exciting time of growth and transition. This position is focused on recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage, and general HR support, including employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding, and supporting people programs. An HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employee questions, assist with employee lifecycle processes such as contract updates, leaves, and offboarding, maintaining and updating HR systems and contributing to ongoing HR initiatives and projects.
