Responsibilities:

  • Works within the HCHB workflow structure
  • Completes all tasks/workflow daily.
  • Processes appropriately all visits that have been sent back from clinicians.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree Preferred.
  • Experience in home health preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service capacity.
