Job Description
As a Customer Reliability Engineer, you will report to the Manager of Customer Reliability and function as an important member of the technical support team, providing technical knowledge & support to our customers. You will work with, and foster relationships with the development engineering team to ensure tracking on engineering escalations, bugs and feature requests. You will develop technical troubleshooting sessions, trainings, and guides for internal CRE team members; in addition to developing, reviewing and maintaining the internal collection of knowledge base articles. You will also be expected to triage and document bugs and enhancement requests as seen in the field, and through reproduction, and will collaborate with our Escalation Management team on accounts which are high touch.
