Manager, Clean Transportation

Lead a team within the Clean Transportation business unit, growing and maintaining business clients who entrust Xpansiv with managing their clean transportation and renewable energy assets. The position requires technical skills to understand and train on the complex processes associated with our service, and details needed to ensure that asset registrations are submitted, usage is reported, credits are generated, and clients are paid and managed in an accurate, timely, and thoughtful manner. You will be leading a team of 2-6 members, providing them with guidance, support, and ongoing training. Essential functions include managing a team in a remote setting, triage client inquiries, create training plans, improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience. Developing knowledge of in-state programs, registries, policies and procedures and then educate internal and external parties about these complex topics. Measure progress against company goals. Need excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders, team members and external clients.
