Role Overview:
- Define the product vision and strategy for the Higher Education and K-12 verticals, driving differentiation and market leadership.
- Align roadmap with Unit4's platform strategy and commercial growth targets, ensuring vertical depth in ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a prioritized product backlog with dedicated engineering capacity, focusing on outcomes and customer impact.
- Partner with Industry Growth Director on launch readiness, pricing, and field enablement.
- Engage with strategic customers and the HE Industry Board to validate roadmap and co-innovate.
Qualifications:
- Proven product management experience building enterprise software for higher education or K-12 institutions.
- Deep knowledge of higher education finance, provincial funding models, and compliance obligations.
- Clear understanding of how AI is reshaping research and administrative operations in these institutions.
