About the Role:
- This is a product leadership role owning the vision and roadmap for Unit4's public sector ERP solutions.
- You will work with dedicated engineering capacity to build vertical depth for local government and specialist agencies.
- The role focuses on closing the gap between public sector expectations and current system capabilities.
What You'll Do:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and customer impact.
- Translate deep public sector knowledge into specific product requirements and investment decisions.
- Work closely with horizontal product teams to ensure public sector needs are reflected across finance, HR, and operations.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in product management for enterprise SaaS, specifically for public sector organizations.
- Deep knowledge of public finance management, government budgeting, and procurement frameworks.
- A clear point of view on responsible AI for public sector, balancing efficiency with accountability and security.
