Product Director, Innovation & New Ventures

What you will do:

• Own the portfolio of new product bets: choose what the team takes on, sequence the work, and decide what advances and what stops.
• Hire, lead, and grow the product managers, set the standard for the craft, and own the team’s performance and development.
• Set the direction for what gets built, drawing on customers, the market, and the team’s discovery.

Qualifications:

• Direct experience building products in accounting, financial management, HR, or project services.
• You have mastered the full product lifecycle and have led and grown product managers doing it.
• Deep fluency in how mid-market services organizations run their back office and what makes ERP genuinely different.
