Event Technology Associate

About the Role:

• Support impactful events through innovative technology solutions across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Create seamless attendee experiences by managing registration platforms, event websites, mobile applications, and reporting tools.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build, configure, and maintain event registration websites, event pages, and mobile applications using Cvent.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot technology issues before and during virtual, hybrid, and live events.
• Analyze event data, create reports, and provide recommendations to improve future event performance.

Requirements:

• Three or more years of experience in event technology, event management, or project coordination.
• At least one year of experience administering event technology platforms, preferably Cvent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Smartsheet.
