Responsibilities:
- Support global clients across the US, Europe, and Asia as part of the Professional Services organization, managing portfolio information and data ingestion.
- Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews by providing insights on client usage and feedback, and work with Account Managers on client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance client enablement and internal efficiency.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, with 2-8 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and outstanding attention to detail, with a solid understanding of corporate and leveraged finance terms.
- Systematic, methodical, and able to prioritize effectively while working across various time zones (US, EU, and Asia).
