The Director, Client Success is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that Manager, Client Success maintain and develop a strong and long-term relationship with clients. This role will also include overseeing that relative operational and business services departments are on track for their clients and monitor and assess CRM Performance and activity on assigned clients, escalating issues/concerns, as appropriate.

Provide payments, contracts, and general support to Handshake MOVE Fellows. Working with Handshake AI Ops, Finance, Product, Engineering, Projects and Support teams to provide efficient support, and improve fellows customer experience. Focus primarily on handling payment questions, disputes, and managing contracts.
Youβll be working closely with the founders and customer team to support our existing customers and will have the unique opportunity to help define Rilletβs product. Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, after their onboarding and once the initial implementation is finalized. Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution, interacting with the Product and Engineering teams as needed.
