Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Lending Originations journeys or capabilities.
Establish objectives, key results, and performance metrics aligned with company priorities.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve application completion, approval, and funding.

Customer Insights and Experience:

Maintain deep understanding of applicant and member needs through user research and data analysis.
Develop frictionless lending experiences that improve satisfaction and support responsible lending.
Identify opportunities to improve self-service and agent-assisted originations experiences.

Product Development and Execution:

Scope and lead development of new Lending Originations products, capabilities, and features.
Lead high-performing cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Risk.
Drive products from discovery through launch, measurement, iteration, and scale.
