Role:
- Own end-to-end design for assigned initiatives, from research through prototyping and implementation.
- Design for agents, wholesalers, and back-office teams in a shared system, including permissions and data import workflows.
Team:
- Partner with the Senior Design Manager and Staff Product Designer on a prototype-first team using Figma, shared repos, and AI tooling.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and carrier partners to shape solutions, protect design integrity, and elevate quality.
