Email Marketing Manager

What will be your focus:

• Audit existing flows and implement changes that drive the biggest increase in purchases.
• Maintain a backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests and take every test through to a clear conclusion.
• Segment the audience by behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses.

You’re a great fit if you:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Email / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing for subscription-based products (B2C).
• Experience owning email channel performance end to end, with a proven example of growing email-driven revenue.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs like Customer.io, Reteno, Braze, or Klaviyo.
